The Basic Street-Vac System consists of the concrete saw mounted vacuum head together with a truck or trailer mounted, engine driven slurry vacuum pump and slurry holding tank. The Vacuum Head is connected to the vacuum system with 100 feet of 2 inch vacuum hose. The slurry vacuum pump is mounted on a skid together with the holding tank and a vacuum hose reel. Vacuum heads come in 3 standard sizes, 20”, 26” and 30” and are adaptable to almost all common concrete saws in use today. Special heads can be custom designed for unusual application such as gang saws. The patented vacuum heads are designed to pickup 100% of the slurry while sawing. The standard truck or trailer mounted vacuum pump is a frame 36 positive displacement roots blower belt driven by a 13 horsepower gasoline engine. The standard hose reel will hold up to 150 feet of 2 inch vacuum hose. Slurry holding tanks come in 55 gallon, 110 gallon, 220 gallon and 300 gallon sizes. Larger vacuum pumps up to 30 horsepower are available as are larger hose reels and tanks. Special skids with water hose reels and or other components mounted are also available. |
